1. How can I pay for my order?

2. How and when will I receive order confirmation and shipping confirmation?
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with order information. As soon as it is fulfilled and shipped, an email with a tracking number will be sent to you.
3. Can I customize the shirt with my own design?
We have a design team who may assist you in modifying the shirt to meet your requirements. Please do not hesitate to share your detailed ideas and unique images, logos or even monograms with us. We will send you a preview to check before making a purchase.
4. Can I save money by purchasing in bulk?
We have a wholesale price list for our products, please contact to our Customer Service Team for more information. When you purchase more than 6 items, we will offer the fastest shipping method DHL Express within 7-10 business days (only for the United States shipping address).
B. SIZE
5. How can I identify my ideal size?
We have a size chart according to each product. We recommend you to CHECK OUR SIZE GUIDE before making a purchase because sizes might vary from your usual brands.
Allow for a tolerance level of 2.5cm/1in. If you’re unsure it’s always better to choose the larger size.
6. What if the shirt I ordered doesn't fit me?
We are aware of the importance of finding the right fit for your satisfaction. Please refer to our size chart attached to each product and check the item you received. If it did not fit your size, please take some photos of the measurement of the received shirt (measured by a tape measure or a ruler) and the Sku on the collar for us to check.
C. SHIPPING
7. After placing my order, how long will it take to receive my package?
Normally, it will take 3-5 business days to process and 7-10 business days to deliver the package. Delivery time is sometimes affected by International holidays and other factors.
8. How can I track my order?

9. Can I upgrade shipping method for my order?
Please contact our customer support team if you want to upgrade the shipping method.
10. What happens if my order is delayed in transit?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, let us know as soon as possible by contacting our customer support team. We will contact the shipping company immediately to find out the reason for the delay and offer a solution in your case.
11. I have not yet received my order although the status is updated "Delivered"
We would be grateful if you could check the mailbox at the door, the front desk, the parcel cabinet, and other places that are convenient for delivery. In case that you were not at home, ask the next-door neighbors or family, friends.Verify about the parcel by contacting the Local Post Office as soon as you can on business days. If you still not receive your order, please contact our customer support team.
D. POLICY
12. What if I receive a damaged/wrong item?
Each of our products is carefully checked through our quality control department before shipping to make sure the product is exactly what the customer expected. Therefore, it is very rare for the product to be defective but if you receive the wrong or damaged item, please do not worry, contact our customer support immediately and we will assist you as soon as possible. All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing the incorrect item, poor print quality, or damaged area of the item. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will work to fix the problem.
13. Can I cancel my order?
According to our policy, your order can be free cancelled within 24hours after making payment. If your order is over 24hours, please contact to our customer service team for assistance.
14. What if I change my mind after receiving the product?
Each order is custom made and printed on demand. Therefore we do not accept resends or refunds unless there is a defect with the product.
